    "concentrated power"

OMG, this is all making my head hurt. When does Nick get to speak?

After the ads for hemp clothing and kombucha tea.

    1. James Ard   14 years ago

They aren't ads. They are public service messages.

  6. mr simple   14 years ago

Listening to the callers right now it becomes clear why California is failing. Wait a minute, This guy sounds like Charlie Sheen.

  7. Gabe E   14 years ago

Wait, how will see the new mustache?

    1. hmm   14 years ago

      You will feel it's presence.

      1. hmm   14 years ago

        or its...

  8. QuietDesperation   14 years ago

NPR? They make cash registers, right?

  9. Flex Nasty B.I.G.   14 years ago

The other guests on the show are insane. I really think they should be put onto their own island, so they can create the utopia of which they dream. Somehow, I don't see it working out.

  10. mr simple   14 years ago

This Barry guy is a joke. He just wants to redefine everything to fit his own narrative. Free market means top down command and control? Deregulation means more control? I guess freedom means slavery and such.

    1. Sean   14 years ago

I was thinking the same thing. The guy's life motto seems to be doublethink.

    2. Tulpa   14 years ago

Redefining words is the most worn out tool in the left-wing toolbox. It was already old in 1917.

  11. R C Dean   14 years ago

So, has anybody mentioned chemtrails yet?

  12. Sean   14 years ago

Seriously, that guy was crazy. Typical state fellator: the only reason anything good ever happens is because of government regulation (which is done by the people for the people) and deregulation is actually a shift to regulation by Evil Corporations instead of The People.

You can't debate that kind of worldview. Props to The Jacket for trying.

Side note: If The Jacket grows his stache back, does that make Stossel totally irelevant?

    1. R C Mustachio   14 years ago

If The Jacket grows his stache back, does that make Stossel totally irelevant?

No. Stache power is multiplicative, not subtractive. With enough staches, the singularity will be achieved.

    2. Sean   14 years ago

All this time, all we needed to reach Libertopia were a sufficient number of staches! Curse my hairless genetics!

  13. Achtung Baby   14 years ago

Goddamnit, from what I can tell, they don't archive their shows for free consumption. Why the hell are we subsidizing this shit if we can't go back and listen to it after its over. Commercial radio stations have archives!

    Corporation : Progressive :: Terrorist : Conservative

    Or something like that.
