Officials at Oklahoma's Parkview Elementary School gave 7-year-old Patrick Riley an in-school suspension for pointing his finger in the shape of a gun at fellow students. District spokeswoman Stacey Boyer said Riley had been warned previously about pretending to shoot other students with his finger.
"Although California's guidelines place restrictions on places of worship," Roberts wrote, "those restrictions appear consistent with the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment."
