Yasir Afifi, an American-born student at California's Mission College, found an electronic device on his car, and a friend posted photos of it online. Shortly afterward, the FBI and local police called on Afifi. It turns out the device was a GPS tracking device. It belonged to the FBI, and they demanded he give it back or they would make things "much more difficult" for him.
