Knock, Knock
Hamilton, Ontario, police chief Glenn De Caire admits officers raided the wrong apartment while looking for an alleged cocaine dealer. Police knocked down the door of Po Lo Hay's apartment and forced him, at gunpoint, to the ground. When he tried to explain that he wasn't the man they were looking for, he says they slammed his face into the floor and kicked him. The attack left him with stitches above his eye, a bloody nose, welts on his body, and a broken rib.
