Police Shocker
In Stewart County, Georgia, Janice Wells phoned 911 to report a possible prowler outside her house. Police responded promptly, but within just a few minutes, they had turned on Wells, Tasering her several times and also spraying her with tear gas. The Richland Police Department has fired Office Tim Murphy for his part in the incident, and Ryan Smith, of the Lumpkin Police Department, resigned after his department began the process to fire him for his role in the attack.
