Daddy Dearest
An Australian court has ordered two young girls to spend the weekends with their father, who was convicted three years ago onchild pornography charges. The girls' mother, who left the man after he was arrested, doesn't want him to have access to the girls. The eldest testified she is afraid of him. And the court declared he had demonstrated "inappropriate" affection to one daughter. But instead of refusing visitation to the man, the court simply ordered that he have an adult friend stay with him when the girls are present, and put a lock on their bedroom door so they can lock him out at night.
