If the right to keep and bear arms is a natural right, well then healthcare sure as hell is too.
Lulz?
Wha-?
Que?
Then AMMEND the constitution to reflect that. Until then, it is not a right.
You give me all the guns I want and you can have all the healthcare.
Dammit, did I make you so depressed reading this shit that you need to go get high?
Oh how sweet, you remembered a little bit of offhand snark. You shouldn't have.
Actually a better way to put it is this:
Either
a) right to bear arms is a natural right and you are entitled to guns from all gunmakers for free and you can get free healthcare too. or
b) right to bear arms is a natural right and government can't ban your right to use guns, just as a government has no right to make it illegal for you to get surgery if you need it.
Only one of them makes a lick of sense.
You give me all the guns I want and you I can have all the healthcare I want, too.
As a Chicagoan i could be convinced.
Full unrestricted gun ownership for a French/German style health system?
*thinking*
