The Wrong Man

Scott Ibarra found out he was wrongly listed as a registered sex offender in Illinois after a friend asked why he was on the list. Apparently, the Shorewood Police Department had him placed on the registry after officers found out Ibarra had been convicted of rape in 1997 during a Navy court martial. But Ibarra's conviction was overturned on appeal.
