Let It Snow

Officials in some Wisconsin areas have found that new energy efficient traffic lights are a little too efficient. The new LED lights don't give off enough heat to melt snow, which leaves them covered after a snow storm. In turn, that has increased crashes at intersections. City crews now have to manually scrape off snow and ice.
