Yup. Humor is subjective, just like we already knew it to be. But, thanks for reminding us.

  2. JW   17 years ago

Toles can go hump a wet sock. I actually loathe him more than I did Herblock. Both are/were pandering fucks.

  3. Warren   17 years ago

    Meh

    Mildly funny
    fully relevant
    crapy artwork

    Grade: C-

Aren't Kelly cartoons actually funny because they lambaste Tom Toles?

  4. Fist of Etiquette   17 years ago

    Tuesday Funnies. Yay.

  5. anarch   17 years ago

    Funny until it happens.

  6. mitch   17 years ago

Actually, this made me laugh. The bottom panel was invisible because I had not scrolled down enough yet, which helped.

  7. creech   17 years ago

Toles? Herblock? Have you ever seen the s**t that Tony Auth puts out at the Inquirer?

  8. Twiddley   17 years ago

That cartoon is racist and obamaphobic.

  9. the innominate one   17 years ago

definitely funnier than any of the Friday Funnies

  10. B   17 years ago

He mildly made fun of the Obama administration which means he will have to atone for this "sin" by doing his usual work of accusing soldiers of murder and comparing those who oppose Obama to the Klan for the next few weeks.

  11. Franklin Harris   17 years ago

I'm not even laughing on the inside.

  12. Joel   17 years ago

Well, I thought it was funny.

  13. oldtimer   17 years ago

Hope it ain't a harbinger.Keep His hands off my Medicare !!!

  14. The Libertarian Guy   17 years ago

Media Matters should be notified. This is clearly a hate toon.

  15. Colin   17 years ago

That just might be his first funny one.

    Perhaps the Koolaid's wearing off.

  16. Sara Palin   17 years ago

He scooped me on this one.

  17. Art-P.O.G.   17 years ago

I thought it was funny. Definitely funnier than every other Friday Funny (not a slam on Bok, Payne or any of the others, it's just impossible to be "on" every 'toon in this format). Also, maybe Toles is getting more used to poking fun at the present administration, just like The Daily Show seemed to be last time I saw it (not a regular viewer).

  18. Art-P.O.G.   17 years ago

And I meant for that lemma to be based on what Colin said.

  19. Isaac Bartram   17 years ago

I'm not sure that this should be interpretted as a poke at Obama.
