I'm pretty sure those FRN's are government/Fed property and can be recalled at any time. They would have to give you something in return, say, government bonds. It all makes so much sense!

Hey, that's not true! This dollar bill still works! I just blew my nose in it, and it held up just fine. I might actually have increased its value.
