Students for Liberty
Here's something for all of you liberty-loving undergraduates:
Registration is still open for the Second Annual Students for Liberty Conference, which will be held at George Washington University in Washington, DC from February 20-22, 2009. It promises to be a really great program, including a keynote speech by Reason.com and Reason.tv Editor in Chief Nick Gillespie and a panel discussion on "The Greatest Threats to Liberty Today" featuring Reason magazine Senior Editors Radley Balko and Michael C. I remember when I was a senior at GWU and the economic protectionists vandalized the campus while they were protesting global trade. Things have improved very much in the past decade.
I'm sure Mr. Gillespie will thrill them all with his Herculean command of Rasmussen polls.
Do you count as a student if you're only taking one class at your local community college? LOL.

Went to last year's conference at Columbia.
Was extremely exhausted by the time Randy Barnett spoke. Fell asleep during his speech.
Got dirty looks from others in the audience.
If you were sleeping, how could you tell you were getting dirty looks? Well, the room was big and I couldn't see you.
