Eric Smart says he hasn't been to London in 45 years. So he was surprised when he got two parking tickets from the city. He was even more surprised to find that the vehicle he allegedly parked illegally was an old tractor that he says hasn't left his Derbyshire barn in 14 years. "I've run up £30 in phone bills trying to explain to Transport for London that my tractor only has a speed of 15mph and it would take me the best part of two days to get there and back," he told a The Daily Mail.
