The Blues Is Falling Down Like Rain
Tallan "T-Man" Latz has jammed with Les Paul and Jackson Browne. He's played at bars and clubs across the nation. That seems to have other blues guitarists angry. Someone sent an anonymous email to state officials in Wisconsin saying that Latz, who is 8 years old, is too young to be playing bars. Sure enough, that's just what the child labor law says. The state sent Latz's father a letter threatening him with fines of between $10 and $250 a day for each day his son performs in a club. Club owners face fines of between $25 and $1,000 each day if they let Latz play.
