David Green says he has had problems for months with local teenagers harassing him near his home in London, England. When they started up again one day, he took their photographs. That's when one of them called the police. Green says he was stunned when an officer told him it was illegal to take photographs of people on the street and accused him of assault. The police say they have no record of the incident.
