Broderick Crawford Never Did That
Lester Hooper and Derrick Perry got into an argument over a parking place. Perry says he didn't pull out of the space fast enough for Hooper. Unfortunately for Perry, Hooper is a New York state trooper. Over the next several days, Hooper allegedly issued five traffic tickets to Perry, including three for speeding, without ever even pulling Perry over. Hooper has since been charged with three counts of official misconduct, as well as offering a false instrument for filing and issuing a false certificate for writing the bogus tickets.
