GOODBYE FREE ENTERPRISE.
The hallucinogenically-named Employee Free Choice Act will not only cause the unionization of millions of Americans through union coercion, it will also cause the destruction of many thousands of small companies through its mandatory "binding arbitration" after 120 days of unionization--meaning that a government-appointed bureacrat will be determining the wages and benefits of America's private-sector.
