Throwing Out the Baby

In Orlando, Florida, Whitline Louissaint left her car running while she went inside to get an umbrella. That was just long enough for a thief to take the car, and her two-month-old baby in the back seat. The thief ditched the car about a mile away, apparently after discovering the baby. Police charged Louissaint with felony child neglect.
