Baby-Faced Terrorist
Police in the Indian state of Bihar have charged a three-year-old boy with leading a group of rioters and shooting at police. The parents insist the boy couldn't have done what he was accused of. But police say they are certain he led the riot. "The riots were captured on a security camera and the complaint has the names of people whose faces have been identified. But if there is any doubt, we are willing to look into it," a police official said.
