Big Boob
Jill Coccaro is $29,000 richer, thanks to one New York City cop. Coccaro pulled down the front of her painter's jumpsuit to cool off during an art show. It has been has been legal for a woman to expose her breasts in public in New York since 1992, thanks to a state court ruling. One police officer apparently didn't know the law, however. He told her to cover up. When Coccaro tried to explain the law to him, he busted her for indecent exposure. She spent 12 hours in custody, and she says she was forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before the district attorney's office informed the police they would not press charges. She sued the city, and the city agreed to settle without admitting any fault.
