Who Are You Going to Believe? Us? Or Our Records?
For years, the FBI and Washington, D.C., police denied in federal court that the FBI detained war protestors in a parking garage and questioned them about their political and religious beliefs back in 2002. But a police log uncovered during a civil suit filed by the protestors confirms they were detained and questioned by the FBI. An FBI spokesman says that agency stands by its claims it had no record of the event. The police say they just discovered the log.
