I've Got a Name
Gary Smith. John Williams. Robert Johnson. Susan Becker According to a 60 Minutes investigation, these are just a few of the names on the federal government's No Fly List. It's supposed to keep dangerous terrorists off U.S. flights. But it also creates delays, questioning and searches for any fliers sharing a name of someone on that list. The list also contains the names of many terrorists who are now dead, such as the Sept. 11 hijackers and Francois Genoud, a Nazi sympathizer. But the list doesn't contain the names of many terrorists or terrorism suspects currently under investigation. Officials told CBS reporters that those names are omitted because they are afraid the list might fall into terrorist hands and tip them off.
