Britain's Royal Mail is refusing to deliver mail to a small community on the Ardmore peninsula in Scotland. Mail officials say the small footpath that leads to the community is too dangerous for postmen to walk. Postmen have delivered mail to the community, and walked that path, for more than 100 years. But recently one postman slipped and fell on a grassy slope on the path, leading to the agency's ruling.
