Kiss This
Ooi Kean Thong and Siow Ai Wei have been charged with public indecency for allegedly hugging and kissing each other in a park in Malaysia. If convicted, they face up to a year in prison. Their lawyer argued all the way to the nation's highest court that the government had no right to charge them with indecency. But Chief Justice Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim said hugging and kissing in public was outside the nation's norms.
