Double Crossed

The Dudley Wood Methodist Church has been meeting in a temporary building near Birmingham, England, and members wanted to let people know that the structure was a church. So they decided to put a cross outside. But the city council told them they had to pay 75 pounds for approval, since the cross is a "public promotion of some product or service."
