Three Monmouth, Illinois, police officers are under investigation after pictures surfaced of a party held at the home of one of the officers. The photographs showed four women under the age of 21 drinking alcoholic beverages in the presence of the officers. One of the officers was on duty at the time. Two of the officers were suspended for five days, and all three are on paid leave while the state police investigate the incident.
