Kauai Wowee
Sharon and William McCulley have filed a lawsuit against Kauai County, Hawaii. The couple says they were assaulted by Kauai police officers while babysitting their grandchildren. The officers were tracking a box allegedly containing marijuana that had been mailed from California. The police trailed a man who picked it up, lost him, but continued to follow an electronic tracking device in the box to a private road. They raided two homes on that road, including that of the McCulleys, before finding it in a third house. William McCulley, who walks with the aid of a walker, says an electronic device he wears to manage pain malfunctioned when he was thrown to the floor, causing him to flop around.
