It's about a colony of "homeless" people who have made a home for themselves in an unoccupied corner of rural Solano County, California, where they enjoy the scenery, share their food and meth, build bicycles and carts from castaway parts, and stay out of everyone else's hair. The settlement has been there for 10 years.
