Sister Lucia, R.I.P.
This being Lent, I'd ordinarily limit myself to one Catholic item per day, but I'm saddened by the news that Sister Lucia dos Santos, the last surviving seer from the Fatima apparitions of 1917 and an unsung heroine of global anti-Communism, has died at the age of 97. Portugal observes a day of mourning. Fr. Nicholas Gruner's Fatima Center carries its Sister Lucy conspiracy theory beyond the grave. I prove that Our Lady of Fatima was the real winner of the Cold War. And a writer obsessed with Our Lady of Medjugorje calls me a "preening twerp."

Well, the preening would make for a natty twerp.
Who the heck is Fat Ima and why does she need so many ladies?, and what does she use them for?
Is this some sort of Lesbian thing?
No drink around that gives you weirder visions than holy water.
