The Spanish government has apologized to the owners of a Madrid bar where several soldiers took part in an unannounced mock shootout that panicked customers. A sergeant who was teaching other soldiers how to protect people under threat pulled a fake gun and began "shooting." The bars owners and other patrons didn't realize what was happening.
