Bad News

Betsey Patrick has never missed a day in the almost three years she's delivered the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Patriot-News. And she wasn't going to let heavy rains from Hurricane Ivan mar that record. She even used a raft to reach some of her customers in flooded areas. They appreciated it. Local authorities didn't. They cited her and her father for negligent operation of a water craft and her for disorderly conduct when she argued about her arrest.
