No Bullshitting Bullshit
Congrats to Penn & Teller on their various Emmy Award nominations for their most excellent Showtime program, Bullshit!. Among other honors, it's up for Best Reality Program.
It deserves it (and not simply because Reason's own Jacob Sullum appeared on the episode dedicated to debunking the drug war).
We interviewed Penn Jillette, the noted sock-puppet novelist, a while back. It's online here. The Q&A will, every bit as much as The Corrections, bring back the '90s with a vengeance (and a lot of swearing).

There was a lot more swearing before we edited it.
"Sorry.

WTF?
WTF?
Maybe they thought it was easier to ban access by non-Americans than it was to deal with the various European censorship laws?
The wise man does at once what the fool does finally.
Yeah, like the Bible episode might be considered hate speech against Jews or Christians.
Penn & Teller tell it (and show it) like it is. They prove again that cutting-edge programming is alive and well -- on cable.
Speaking of Jews and Christians, check out "What Would Jesus Do?" at the link below if you're interested in satirical pop music.
Actually, Daniel Frank documents an instance of BS being BS'ed.
So how will the presenters announce the name of the show when the nominations are read? "B.S."??
