Florida State University president T.K. Wetherell wanted to protest a proposed bill that would limit the power of universities' boards of trustees. But the letter he e-mailed to several people, which contained several misspelled words, may have caused them to think state universities need even more oversight. "Congradulations you have just reinstituted the old Board of Regents," he wrote. "Where are the strong rolls of the University Boards of Trustees??? Under this arrangement their main roll would be to be sure that the meeting lunch menu is well planned."
