What the fuck does "factionalism in the Arab media" mean?

FITAM means they are divided, not united
in their media, which is TV, radio, Newspaper,
or, Arab media unscrambled is Brama idea,
which is Indian...which all means since there
is no interest in this topic that must mean
no one keeps up with Arab media.
