One of Bagge's best, but sometimes I wish he had more of a mean streak.
Reading this latest strip by Peter makes me think he sits in Seattle Coffeeshops looking for material. Anyone know which shop he hangs out at, I would love to sit with him and throw darts at the next person spewing such rhetorical waste!
I'd love to see Peter Bagge and Mark Fiore go t?te-?-t?te in a political cartoonist duel.
I wonder whether they'd choose pens or swords.
I have read that Bush wants manned missions to the Moon and Mars. Is this true? What do people think about this?
JB, big talk tends to come on election years.
Jean Bart, it is just further proof of Bush's Imperialistic intentions. Seriously, I'm a bit torn on the issue. I think manned missions to Mars and/or a permanent base on the moon would be much better use of resources than the space shuttle missions- missions in search of a point. But as a tight-walleted libertarian, I wish the private sector picked up more of the tab.
twistedmerkin,
If I were truly an enemy of the U.S. I would want you waste a lot of resources travelling to Mars. 🙂
