I don't think it would make sense for Aaanold to play himself. I think it was the Oui magazine interview where Arnold revealed that certain parts of the body do not get any bigger from body building. A normal sized "appendage" would appear small on a large dude. Not good for porn. Maybe he could do it if he had the right "stunt man"? (He could deliver some good cheesy lines though)
