What? Now Reason's beggin' at the govt table? What's this world coming to?
Stick to the shoestring budget, it keeps you honest.
Don't forget what happened to the American Spectator; they did the Full New Republic Monty on the whole mag and then went very rapidly downhill and belly-up. Reason's revamp was spiffier and more cutting-edge--not to mention cash-savvy.
