As usual Jacob nails it! Though I usually look forward to Jacob's anti Drug War editorials, this issue is just as insideous and dangerous to the future of liberty. I simply ask any Bushophiles who support his extrajudicial moves, "what if Clinton did this?"

just listen to big government conservatives call themselves "classical Liberals" - that's how they manage the (lack of) principles gymnastics to get there.
