    Yeah, this guy's job was basically to travel the state wagging his finger in our faces and lobbying for, you guessed it, the .08 BAC standard. He was arrested with a BAC of .14.

    Of course, as a state employee, he will not lose his job, but will instead be rewarded with a transfer to a less demanding position.

    Schmuck.
