Hours after declaring Wisconsin to be in a transportation "safety crisis" because of rising traffic fatalities, the state's top transportation safety official was arrested on charges of drunken driving.

Yeah, this guy's job was basically to travel the state wagging his finger in our faces and lobbying for, you guessed it, the .08 BAC standard. He was arrested with a BAC of .14.
Of course, as a state employee, he will not lose his job, but will instead be rewarded with a transfer to a less demanding position.
Schmuck.
how about transferring him to the greater metropolitan area of Neenah-Menasha?
