"The Swindling of a Generation"


That's what The Washington Post—of all things— calls the Medicare "reform" bill set to go to conference soon. But the Post's proposed fix—means testing—is not even a half-measure. Let's get Washington out of the medical biz if we want the swindle to stop.

  1. When Newt Gingrich tried to reform Medicare in 1995, the Democrats launched a fiercely effective campaign of outright lies designed scare granny right out of her diapers.

    The Washington Post had a clever name for that, too: Medagogue.
