Norway's Traffic Insurance Federation has ruled that Erik Solhaug is at fault in an accident dating back to July 1999. The federation claims Solhaug caused an accident involving a female cyclist and left the scene, but his family fervently denies the accusation. Solhaug was born in April 2000, almost nine months after the accident happened.
