Backward stammer softly the words, 'til reels the mind.

Excellent article by Mr. Charles Sigmund Freud, or whatever. I did not get all the way through it, though. Hell, that's a big lie - I didn't even read it. Shoot, Charles, I was ghostreading while you were still sucking on your Mama's teet.
This way, I've learned all I need to know about the Hillary book just from your blurb at the top.
Reminds me of when we had to read Moby Dick for college literature class (pronounced "lit-tra-toor" for you writer artsy-fartsy types, BTW). Anyway, so I'm at the bookstore looking at the Cliff Notes, and they're freakin 5/8 " thick, FCOL (means "For Crying Out Loud", BTW (means "By the Way", BTW). I'm like, dang, I can't even get through the Cliff Notes on this bad chicken. So, I just winged it. I recall getting a pretty good grade, too!
"It takes a whole village to get through a Hillary Clinton book."
The idea that Hillary Clinton could not have written her book herself is a little bizarre. John Scalzi (and his commenters, of whom I am one) ripped this notion apart last week:

Long story short: with a typist and research assistance, she could certainly have written the book in just a few hours a week over a couple years.
Why is this such a big deal? Holy shit, get over the ghostwriting thing already. I guess the liberal media must be behind this.... or something.
Jimmy, too bad you were too dumb to skip Moby Dick, you missed out on one of the best reads ever written.
Nah, elf, I was not "too dumb to skip Moby Dick". In fact I DID skip Moby Dick, like I said. I think you did not read my whole post. That's the kind of thing that will trip you up when you do your SAT's, so be careful.
Everything I know about whales I learned in kindergarden, anyway.
