"Dude—You're Getting a Cell!"

Meet the drug war's latest victim: Benjamin Curtis, the annoying pitchman in Dell computer ads.

In a truly just society, the 22-year-old actor would probably be locked away--for his acting, not for allegedly carrying a "small bag" of weed.

    DUDE!!

I knew he was smoking something, not that I am against it. I am just wondering how will Dell react to it.

Oh, come on Nick, cut him some slack. He's a pretty good actor, and he plays a great stoner.

P.S. I love the title of this entry. "Dude--You're Getting A Cell" -- that was f**king hilarious.

So even something as evil as the Drug War sometimes has beneficial consequences.

That dumbass. YOU GET YOUR POT DELIVERED IN NYC!!! Don't buy it from some guy on the street!

I wonder if the ONDCP will use him in their next ad: Dude! I'm a terrorist!

  7. some guy   23 years ago

Any bets on when Ashcroft will detain the CEO of Dell as a enemy combatant?

Dell gives money to the Dell Dude. He gives money to his pot dealer. His pot dealer gives money to Osama bin Laden. Thus Michael Dell is funding terrorism.

Uh, at least that what that commercial said.

  8. Steve   23 years ago

I'll bet Michael Dell drives an SUV, too. Uh-oh...I have a Dell computer on my desk. Holy s***! They're gonna come for me, too.

I am shocked that an acting student at NYU would be experimenting with marijuana.
