President Dobby
The BBC reports: "Dobby the house-elf could be taken to court because some people think he looks like the Russian president." The article includes an unflattering picture of Dobby, who is apparently a Harry Potter character. I'm not sure who's supposed to be insulting Putin here -- the Potter filmmakers, or the people who claim to see a physical resemblance between the elf and the head of state.

The analogy may be apt! Both ex-spook Putin and Dobby can disappear with a snap of their fingers, and are forbidden from discussing the sordid details of their former masters by...I dunno, Law of the House Elves or somesuch.
OK. The face is similar in shape and the eyes are similar....but that goes for about a half-billion people.
ESPN thinks Steve Spurrier looks like Dobby.
