The Spontaneous Order of Stones
Or, after many, many years of freezing and thawing, stones in Arctic and Alpine climes organize themselves into little circles or mazes.
Scientists observed the odd patterns and built computer models to try and figure out what caused them. In other words, they did science.

Why invoke science when it can be adequately explained as paleolithic crop circles?
