While I agree that it is comical to see so many groups claiming to be victims of the "last acceptable prejudice", I will admit that there is some merit to the notion that it is, for some reason, more acceptable in our society to be prejudiced against certain groups than others.
It would have been slightly funnier if Jesse Walker had said, "Will the last last acceptable prejudice please turn out the lights?"
How about "lastest acceptable prejudice"? 🙂
