You can watch Enduring Freedom: The Opening Chapter, the first military propaganda film to have played in American theaters since World War II, at video.marinecorps.com/. The 5-minute, $1.2 million short was co-produced by the Navy and Marines, and is devoted almost entirely to personalizing American military personnel. The Tennessee-based Regal Entertainment Group, the nation's biggest chain, ran the short on 800 of its screens from mid-September through mid-October.
