Reason's Peter Bagge is Busting Out All Over (And Nominated for a Prestigious Eisner)
This week, a new comic book by Reason's own supercartoonist Peter Bagge hits comic shops across the land: Hate Annual #8, the continuation of the saga of Peter's great Buddy Bradley character, now coping with his wife Lisa's seeking relief from boredom in music.
Also in this pulse-pounding periodical, lots of Pete's great one-pagers from the history of science, and a very Reason-y look at the ironies involved in the making of Reefer Madness.
In other Peter Bagge/Reason news, his book collection of his Reason strips, Everybody is Stupid Except for Me and Other Astute Observations, has been nominated for "Best Humor Publication" in the comics worlds most respected awards, the Eisners, which will be given out at this year's San Diego ComicCon in late July.
We are rooting for Peter, and you all should start doing so now as well!
