The city may rig yellow cabs with technology that would stop charging passengers whenever the driver breaks the speed limit, as part of a broad effort to make the streets safer.

    This is beyond unconstitutional. Gov'ment forcing anything upon your personal property is ludicrous. I hope Taxi drivers and the passengers forcibly deny this tech install.DeBlasio will soon be installing devices detecting how many people one offends, or curse word alarms. When America, when do WE say go to hell and not comply? WHEN ! Where is the American Spring?
