Elizabeth Warren Not Running for President in 2016

Will serve out Senate term

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Ma.) said Wednesday she'll serve out her term in Congress, and won't run for president in 2016.

"I'm not running for president and I plan to serve out my term," she said at a press conference in Boston with the city's Mayor-elect Marty Walsh, according to the Boston Herald

Warren has been floated as a potential candidate for the Democratic ticket in the next presidential election. Hillary Clinton, however, is considered the race's front-runner if she decides to run.
